As lovely in
the glass as on the palate, this garnet colored beauty displays plenty of fresh
raspberry, violet, sweet strawberries and black licorice on the nose. The
complexity and length begs for sip after sip revealing first blueberries and
cream, then vanilla followed by dark, bitter-sweet chocolate and continually
evolving into new vibrant fruit characteristics. Drink now, but experiment with
the ageing of this wine, perhaps try it at 6 months, 1 year and again in 5 years.
